All of our rich fruit cakes are traditionally baked and matured in brandy and rum to give a rich moist texture and full flavour. If you prefer, you can choose from our lighter range of carrot cake, sticky toffee cake, madeira, lemon drizzle, apple and cinnamon, coffee and walnut or Pecan or the ultimate in Rich chocolate cake. All cakes come complete with mouthwatering fillings - such as champagne and strawberry conserve with cream or Belgium fudge filling, succulent lemon cheese or tia maria cream for coffee.
